***UPDATED - I received a call from the manager, and a pro-rate refund will be applied. My son confirmed that from day 1, the staff at this location has been kind and helpful on each visit he had to make to the storage unit. If need be, he will use this location next summer. Thank you for providing the pro-rated refund.***
