Review:
I love the customer service, the place is very clean (always seeing the staff cleaning and monitoring the floors). Staff is very informative and nice to me. He is the main reason I give 4 stars. I would have given 5 stars if the company wasn’t soooo expensive.

In four months, the rate has changed for the same unit from 51.94 to 93.28. The Extra Space representative promised me over the phone that I could use my own lock. That is not true. I had to purchase theirs for 20.00.
