Find somewhere else to go. They tell you rates are subject to change based on 'the market.' 3 months into my rental and they jacked me up by 33%! That is not the market. That is bad business. There's a billion storage units. You drove by 10 reading this review. Find one that values customers and respects peoples' finances. All the 5 star reviews are because they ask you to when you finalize the rental (notice all reviews were regarding their experience with the initial set up process).
