Extra Space Storage

I rented a locker in August because I had to move found this place nearby locker was perfect I wanted to keep it for I thought about a year but after 3.5 months they raised from $33 -$66 really
I don't see other reviews that states they got raised.I am going elsewhere.

I've Been a customer here for roughly 4 years now and never had a problem other than sometimes when going to make my payment the door would be locked and nobody would be there to assist me. Last week this had happened again to me when I had stopped by to pay my monthly bill. I seriously don't think I should have to pay roughly a $60 late fee when I was there waiting and nobody was able to assist me. What they should do is look on their camera and see I was there to pay to where it wasn't my fault. Maybe credit me the $60 towards the next month to where there's not a bad taste in my mouth towards this storage facility now. Other than this current situation the place has been very good to me especially Tom the lot manager.

Tom is amazing he is a pillar of this company and the reason I want to continue to come back!
