Extra Space Storage

I never noticed this storage facility before since it is back off the road. I like it because it feels very safe and is convenient to the turnpike. Alana, the property manager, is very helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. The best customer service I have had in a long time. The property is very clean and is well lit at night. Everybody I’ve met there is very friendly. Happy I store here.

I had a wonderful experience. They are so helpful and educated in what they are doing. They made me feel at ease that all of my furniture, and all of my precious things will be secured and in good hands.

Finalizing the move-in was the easiest I think I’ve experienced. I was also impressed with her soft skills and overall thoroughness, to making sure I understood the initial 1st month charges , to signing the contract on-line, to entering the property for the first time. Great Job!??
