I am so thankful to Jason at the Coatesville site. He was empathetic to my financial situation and worked with me to find a solution after I lost my job. The only negative was that there was a significant yearly increase. I know that about 10 miles down the road to the West, there is a site that rents the same size unit (5x10) for almost $75 LESS. Other than the price hikes I was happy with the building (no rodents, controlled environment, easy access, someone on site) and, if the price was right, I would use their facility again.

Jason at the Caln, PA location went above & beyond what i’d ever expect a manager to do to try and help as much as he possibly could. Great manager at this location. He’s 5 star all the way.
