Huge fan of having a storage unit, and Extra Space couldn't have been better. I signed up entirely online, they left the lock there for me, and when I was done I also did my 'move out' online, I literally never had to talk to a person AT ALL. The place was clean, felt super safe, there's an app to open the gate and that always worked no problem. 100% would use again
