My door handel is very hard to open even harder to shut. Was my first day and it happend to be sunday when know one is there. No one answeres the on call number. The gate wouldnt open the second time i tried to get in then another guy tried still would not open it finaĺly opend after another renter tried after the 3rd time putting his number in when i was driving in the gate started to come down on my car i made it under just in time. Finally we got my door opened and loaded my unit then i could not get it latched to put lock on. We finally got it to latch after 20 min of trying in the freezing cold i was so mad. But the inside of unit was nice, dry, and clean. The lady i ment on friday in the office when i looked at the units was very friendly and it is in a conveniant location for me. A word of advice book online cause she gave me a quote a whole lot more money for the same size unit than what i paid to book my unit online through there sight So i give it 3 stars i have been to better places and i have viewed alot worse.

Second time renting here. Great experience!

Hank nd Daylene were great to work with for our day to day needs for storage etc.
