Since securing a unit at Extra Space Storage in Reston, VA back in June, I have been very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of my contact V.
When I accidentally locked myself out of my unit, V assisted me patiently and with a sense of humor to cut off my lock and provide me with a new keyless option.
Impressed with the individual attention and responsiveness to account questions.
