Rate increased from $118 to $178/mo after 3 months with zero notice, just started charging my credit card.

Apparently these types of rate increases are common practice. Feels like a scam, I'm currently looking for a more reputable company in the area. Major pain in my butt.

Review:

Allen was 5 stars great and the layout is very good with no elevator pains. Only reason for 4 vs 5 is they will lift ur rate after 4 months but won't cap the increase %. Questionable practice there but hoping not too painful. Blows away next door competitor where the 1 buck 1st month doesn't win.
