Extra Space Storage

I have been renting a storage unit here for just under a year now and they're planning on increasing the price once again. Now it's literally tripled from what I initially started paying here 11 months ago.
Yes, the facility is clean and well kept, but the fact that they increased the price two times now within a year, it's no longer worth it, especially when there's other storage facilities in this area that are just as good, where I can even get a bigger unit for a better price than what this place is trying to charge me now.
And what's stopping them from increasing it again in the next 6 months or so? I can't trust that the price won't increase again.

Lastly, side note, they don't have a good lighting system on the inside. What I mean is, they only have motion-sensor lights, no light switches with timers, like I've seen at previous storage facilities I've used. I would be going through my storage unit trying to either take something out or put something in, and within 5 minutes, the lights would cut off and it would be pitch black. Imagine every 5 minutes, you blindly have to maneuver your way through clutter to walk up and down the hallway so that you can get another 5 minutes of light before they shut off again. It's VERY inconvenient and annoying.

Every single person that I spoke with went out of their way to assist me. Cheerful attitudes and very patient.
