This facility is exceptionally clean! I've been using this unit for nearly a year, and every visit has been met with a tidy and well-maintained space. As a graduate student who recently downsized from owning a home, this facility has been a tremendous help in meeting all my storage needs.
One standout aspect is the amazing customer service from Kwame. His professionalism and impeccable service truly go above and beyond! He made the process so smooth and was incredibly helpful with my unit—he definitely deserves recognition for his efforts. If you ever need assistance or have questions, Kwame is absolutely the person to go to.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the rate increases every 4-6 months, which have occurred twice since I started renting. While the facility is wonderful, the rate hikes are quite noticeable. Otherwise, this would be a 5-star experience!
