I will preface this review by saying that I have not had one bad interaction with any of the employees at this location. However, I give a warning to ANYONE looking to rent from this storage unit because their business model is SLIMEY and not in the customer’s best interest. I chose this unit because it was the most cost effective one in the area (marketed at around $141 for a 10x15). Within 90 days of moving my things in, I received a notification that my rate was increasing to $175. Then ONE year later.. I received the same notice and it’s going up to $275. Like I understand there will be rate increases, but a 93% increase in ONE YEAR is ridiculous. SLIMEY BUSINESS. They prey on customers who have already done the hard labor of moving their things in before price gouging. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

“Our pricing is periodically reviewed.. blah blah” response. The same size unit, 1st floor access and indoor, characteristic is being marketed as $167. TODAY. But mine was that before increasing to $275.. like I’m sure this person’s would in 90 days when they get their little slip in the mail. NO THANKS
