I put a 3 stars for my belongings were all in tact. However when I spoke with young lady last month and asked procedure when I move out before next payment due. She told me I would be refunded for any days left. Now I just cleared my storage and went in office and Rachel said I could only get refund if I had of set it up...like called them ahead of time? Nothing is ever like it seems. Now adays you can never get the real truth??I'm a Sr citizen and relay on kindness and truth. Thank God the refund I expected not breaking me!! Be aware and be blessed????
