Extra Space Storage

Just moved into a storage until at this location and I am impressed. The facility is remarkably well kept compared to other units I have rented. Curt greeted me upon arrival and was clear and concise throughout the tour. I highly recommend this location their professionalism is unmatched!

The best customer service anyone can ask for the manager is wonderful I love her interaction with dealing with me.

My experience at Extra Space Storage in College Park was and still is great. The storage facility is very clean, is has a decent sized loading area, their prices are good way better than other storage facilities that are for the public. So if your looking for a storage unit in College Park, trust me when I tell you there are other places that will double the original price months later and you will find yourself paying some ridiculous amount for a space that you should only be paying half of what your paying. But at Extra Space storage they really take care of you like they did for me and they have excellent customer service from guys like Kurt. Kurt was so helpful and informative that by the end of our conversation I felt like I was talking to an old friend from high school. He wasn't trying to sell me a space that I didn't need like some other places do, he was honest and was attentive to if we needed help with anything even if he was in the middle of a conversation with another customer he would be paying attention to his working environment so that no one would go without being help. Thanks Kurt for your assistance, you truly made me feel comfortable that I was going to be able to leave my things at your facility without any worries at all. I know I'm in good hands now. Thank you Extra Space Storage for your excellent business and for your smart decision to hiring employees like Kurt. And that goes also for the rest of the staff and management too because I have met quite a few of them in the past and they were excellent on how they took care of my girlfriend when she needed a storage unit.
