Extra Space Storage

Let me start by saying, Sean the customer service person was very enthusiastic. And great customer service. I had support it every turn every question. Sean was also very patient. And I believe customer service is very important. I also been in customer service for over 15 years, and when a customer comes for support they need something. And the customer service representative job is to make sure that they get what they came for with satisfactory, and that's exactly what Sean presented at every turn. I will definitely spread the word about extra space storage.

Excellent so far no problems except place getting vandalized but that’s not on the staff. Got help right away today that’s excellent. Second time renting here never had any problems.

Working with Daryl has always been great he is very resourceful and knowledgeable I have been working with him for 5 years +.He’s a very good person.

If yall don’t do anything else….DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED ON THE BUSINESS BEHALF. YET I AM CURRENTLY OUTSIDE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT . I WAS TOLD BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER THAT SECURITY AND PG COUNTY WOULD BE PATROLLING. I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR OVER AN HOUR NOT A POLICE NOR SECURITY CAR PULL UP. THERE ARE MULTIPLE CARS INSIDE OF THE GATE. IT IS 12:23 AM CURRENTLY …… I WAS TOLD THERE SHOULD BE NO ONE INSIDE AT THESE HOURS. INTERESTING, THEN I WAS TOLD MULTIPLE PEOPLE LIVE ON THE PROPERTY. RED FLAG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DOUBLING DOWN ON THIS UNACCEPTABLE LACK OF COMPASSION AND SECURITY. I WAS TOLD
THE BACK GATE WAS CUT….ITS FREAKING BOB WIRE ON THE WALLS!! GO FIGURE!! NOBODY GOT CUT STEALING? DOESNT ADD UP.
