DO NOT RENT HERE. Place will raise your rent out of nowhere and without ANY NOTICE and they will almost DOUBLE IT. Extremely disappointed with my service. Rented a storage unit for the long term, expected to have it for maybe around a year and was told my rate was locked in for a year when I got the unit.
Was paying 111$ when I signed up it was supposed to be 100$ but i didnt complain. Out of nowhere my unit price went to 193$ a month? Almost double. Thankfully I caught it and saw it as I had no warning or message about my rate change. I called and asked about this, was told I should have read my lease agreement and that people are irresponsible and usually don't read it which was clearly an insult directed towards me? This actually shows me that this is Typically what they do to their customers. Get them in with some lies, sneak in some verbiage in the contract that says they can raise it whenever they want, and BAM hit you with an increase with no warning so they force you to pay or you have to move your things and pay for the move which is a stress and a huge hassle.
Super terrible business model and it tells me this is what she does all the time, she seemed very confident and arrogant while I was extremely nice and professional.
After she said that, she said they emailed me and I should've seen it. Said she'd look into lowering the increase.
We hang up, day goes by, she calls back and she did lower it about 40 buck's. I still didn't sign up to pay that. I checked my email and did not get anything and I told her. She said 'oooh they actually send a paper mail to your house' LOL the switch up was crazy when she said that. I said okay well thanks for your service here and this is my verbal notice that we are changing providers and that's that.
DO NOT RENT HERE, They are greedy, and DO Not care about their customers.
I have only been there for (4) FOUR MONTHS BY THE WAY. That is how Crazy this actually is. Almost a 100% increase in 4 months? That is the craziest increase i have seen for a service in a Long time. And no I don't have a giant storage unit. It's a normal like 10x10. Insane.

I called the office concerning my unit and Ms.Bernie was super helpful and even ensured that she followed up within 1-2 days
