Had my unit leak thru the lightbulb and destroyed all my important things. Which I put in the center since it was an outdoor unit., moved to a newer unit and the staff was great back then. Recently I was linked in over night because my batter died and they couldn't reach the emergency on call staff so I was stuck in freezing temperatures until the gate would open ay 6 am and AAA could come in and jump the truck. Almost got hypothermia
