We rented a unit in November from them. But ended up not using it. Blake called us in January before the next billing date and reminded us we haven’t been using it and if we aren’t going to use it they can cancel it for us. I thought it was very considerate of them, as most companies today would not bother to do that (they would hope the customer doesn’t notice the charge each month). When we need space again we will be renting from this place for sure.
