I just visited my unit after a few weeks and I picked up items and there. Is mouse shit under them. Im not paying what I pay a month to have my things ruined by mice. I have a picture as well.

I had a great experience moving into our unit a couple nights ago! I didn’t realize that I needed to drive into the gated area and went in the office with all of the stuff I needed to drop off, along with my baby in the stroller (which is a whole production getting out of the car seat and into the stroller, especially while it’s cold out). When the attendant, Greg, told me that driving in the gated area is the standard, I was worried I had to go back out to the car and reload everything and everyone in order to access the unit. But Greg was so helpful and took me in through the office door and even helped me carry some of my things up to the unit. I was so grateful! Really happy to experience above and beyond customer service. The facility is also very clean and seems very safe.
