I was recently looking to move out of my existing unit and into a larger one, and Mike from Extra Space Storage made the entire process incredibly smooth. Despite my initial concerns about the potential difficulties, Mike ensured everything went seamlessly. He showed us our new unit and even took the extra step of returning to our existing unit to cut the lock, as I had lost the key. To top it off, he provided a new lock to replace the one that was cut. I've been renting here since 2019, and with exceptional staff like Mike, I will definitely continue to rent from Extra Space Storage. Mike was awesome
