Robert has been an exceptional team member at extra space. He is so helpful and informative, I truly appreciate the kindness he's shown me ever since I moved my things into my unit. Thank you Robert!

I just wanted to take a minute and thank Sarah N., the new manager at the Parkville, Maryland, EXTRA SPACE STORAGE location. I had a situation a few days ago, and Sarah came to the rescue to help me out and was just wonderful. It was my first time meeting her in person and she was very nice and professional and just a very pleasant young lady. The facility is very well-kept and so clean inside and outside. Many other storage facilities in the Baltimore area are just not kept clean inside or outside. I hope Sarah continues to do a wonderful job helping customers like she did for me. I'm truly grateful and could not be any happier. If I could give Sarah 10 stars, I would, but she will get my 5 STAR Google rating all day long.
