Extra Space Storage

Loved everything about Extra Space Storage except the price increases the last several years. The ease to sign-up, move in and out, interaction with on-site staff, and interface online with my account was great. The building was new and pristine as well. The units were fine. I just couldn’t keep up with the double digit % price increases. I started with a 5x10 and downsized to a 5x5 to save money. I was able to get a couple discounts working with the on-site manager only to see price increase notices come from corporate 6 months later. Paying close to $50 a month now for 5x5 is just too much and if the rate increase trend continues il’ll be closer to $100 in 3 or 4 years.

Dave is excellent. The location is clean and beautiful. Very nice will recommend to anyone

I just need a little “extra space” for a while and ExtraSpace had a great online offer! Ms. Mary called me a few days after move in to check-in and see that everything went smoothly. She answered a few questions I had, and was very accommodating and pleasant to work with while we spoke. The unit was very clean as was the facility and the halls. I like the temperature controlled environment, the well-lit space, and the ease of access. I’m not sure how long I’ll need to store some things, but I’m 100% glad I found ExtraSpace! Highly recommend.
