Extra Space Storage

Griffin was very helpful in going upstairs with me to check out and explain the lighting situation near my space. Other managers were not willing to take the time to rectify the problem. Griffin was also the person who initially rented me the space in a very efficient manner. Hats off to Griffin at the location just outside Annapolis.

Rented 2 units w/ this location and their cs has been nothing less than exceptional! Their prices are compatible or less than their known competitor, their security is prime and has checks and balances, they have more ground floor units than the average because in addition to the 1st floor walk in, their lower/cellar units can be accessed via a walk-out level too! Also their units are immaculately clean and they give you all the information you need to know verbally and via email (like access times, your own personal codes, access hrs and pymt schedule) so you're never confused! No matter who picks up the phone, they are always willing to help. The only downside I've witnessed is that they've raised rates on people's units unexpectantly- which shouldn't happen because if people are storing their belongings, then the expectation is that it's a fixed price - not an adjustable rate! It's a storage unit, not an adjustable mortgage! This causes anxiety and is something that is what could make or break the length of time that units are rented. But other than that, no drawbacks! I'd look into Extra Space well before I deal with those orange guys!
