This review is way overdue.
Back in December I had changes to make on my account at this location, I did all the paperwork over the phone and all went great, the person on the over side of the phone was pleasant and made it all easy.
Although I’ve been a client for over 3 years and have never had an issue with any of the personnel before, it is worth to praise and thank Sony, one of the desk staff at this location.
Sony is the epitome of OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
He was kind, respectful and took care of my request with diligence and a sense of great commitment to make my experience a success. He made me believe in Customer Service again!
