Extra Space Storage

The process of renting was super easy, my application was processed online and when I got to the facility, I already had access instructions via email and my space was ready. However, what was really disappointing is that nowhere in the rental info did it say that smaller 5x5 spaces are actually located above the larger ones and the only way to get to them is to climb ladders. If you have very heavy boxes or some furniture items, and you are a woman or an elderly person, there is no way you can safely and easily drag them up this ladder yourself. You are basically climbing about 7- 8 feet up and trying to slide your items into storage up in the air. It is really inconvenient and not very safe. If you fall down after hours, there is no one to help. I felt very misled. I would recommend calling the place and checking the precise location of the unit you are getting, but I think all 5x5 are on top of the larger spaces.
