Extra Space Storage

Lisa was so helpful. She was very pleasant and broke everything down for me. She never missed a beat and answered all my questions and concerns.

We were in a tight spot with our recent move to the area. We needed a large storage space on short notice. Online booking was key for the very next day.
When I got there, Lisa came out and greeted me and offered assistance with the included lock. She inspected the unit with me and we talked about the possibility of another as our new space is way smaller than expected.
Lisa gave us the run down local information which was greatly appreciated.
She helped us out more than she knows!!!

Site manager Lisa has been extremely helpful and accommodating which led us to choose this extra space storage location. Other storage locations in this area are cheaper but Lisa worked with us while the cheaper location would not. Specifically Lisa had the space on the lot to allow us to drop a moving company trailer and allow us to unload over a 3 day period. I don't know what we would have done without her understanding and assistance.
