Extra Space Storage

I have been a customer for several years and am impressed by the set up and cleanliness of this facility. Beyond that, I am very pleased with the customer service I have received! I have had the pleasure of working with Will on multiple occasions and he is great! Always friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. I would recommend this location!

4 stars to the facility/hours but 5+ for customer service. I really wish the facility was open later or 24 hrs. Especially when i got locked out and my phone was stuck inside right by the doors! Note-The place is temperature controlled which i thought it would remain at like 70* but it’s different. In the summer it’s pretty hot. Its only a few degrees cooler than outside so its hard to sort and go through things in there. But especially lately when i was moving because it was freezing. One day it was nice outside but still so cold inside even with coats and gloves. If your unit is in certain places the light wont come on and there are only windows on one side. So you have to keep walking down another hall to get the lights on and working in the dark is difficult even in daylight. The lights wont come on automatically til 6pm. It’s also a little frustrating that the dumpsters are locked unless it’s during business hours. But I understand why.
I recently got another second unit there and I have to say that the person that runs the storage facility, William, is one of the best humans Ive ever had the pleasure of working with in my life. He’s just this bright positive energy and just so kind. I’ve had a really hard time in life lately and he just makes me feel better every-time! He’s so helpful in every way and always seems like he’s happy to help. I honestly wish everyone in customer service was like him. To me it’s nerve wracking to have to put my entire life’s worth of everything i ever owned in storage. I originally had opened a storage unit in another facility with $1 first month rent which was closer to me but i just didn’t trust it there. Bad vibes, and later found out there was a brutal attack there just after that. Just didn’t feel safe. There was a lot of flooding there too. But i trust my belongings are safer at this place. William watches over everything really well with security cameras. He’s just awesome! If you’re looking for a friendly face and secure storage i do recommend you check out their facility.

Took advantage of online deal last night, and started moving in today! Smooth and easy, with covered unloading area at the elevators…, pretty awesome facility, and top notch service if you need it. ??

Very nice storage place. It’s so clean and temperature is well controlled. William has outstanding interpersonal skills, communicated very clearly, answered all my questions and is so warm and pleasant. He was available in person all the time. This was a very good experience and I would recommend this storage location to anyone who needs this service.
