Excellent prices and William was the best in explaining everything and showing me the facilities.

I had to store furniture for two years during a house renovation and relocation of my kids to college. From the very beginning, it was a seamless process. Over the entire time I dealt with William, who was extremely helpful, informative, professional, and just downright a very nice guy. The facility in Virginia was perfect size, clean, safe and easily accessible for my needs. I particularly loved the 24 hour access. Check out and closures of the unit when I moved out was effortless as well. I would definitely use this facility again if needed in the future and would wholeheartedly recommend it. I do hope that you are able to deal with William if you are in need of acquiring a storage unit at Extra Space. He’s the best!

Will was a GREAT help. Amazing customer service. Made the process as least difficult as possible while still giving a lot of insight on the process that way everything was understood. Clean location, good amount of space and had multiple carts available to ensure we were able to unload as quickly as possible. Would 100% recommend.
