Extra Space Storage

Bait and switch just like all the others have said below. Started at 64 a month, then within 3 months went to 128. After 1 year it ballooned to 160 with a forced insurance rate going up to 190 a month even though I have my own insurance that covers storage spaces. Also, The lady employee with grey hair is the worst. Rude, and clearly indifferent to the constant rent raises. The cherry on top was that every time I would attempt to empty my space she would just show up and just begin to dust near
My unit and just be an obstacle until I finished emptying my unit. This was daily for one week until I moved out completely. Shes such a creep filled with malice. Within that 1 year, the storage facility was plagued with gate issues, no lights, no a/c and took months to fix. This was my first and only experience with a rental company and will be the last with this company for sure.
