Review:

You will get a rate change notice every 3-4 months. Ok for short term and pay the 'promotional' rate, but do not stay long term. Started at $86 per month back in April of 2023, just got the rate change notice postcard saying it'll be $252 next month, from what I've been paying, $217 per month.
