I very easy and positive experience. I went to one location and couldn't find the space I wanted and they recommended the new facility up the street and reserved it for me. During the check out process, I changed my mind regarding the discount and they changed it with no problem. Both encounters were professional and very pleasant and employees treated me as a valued customer. This we all know nowadays is extremely rare.
