Updated- August 2024: I moved into my unit the week they opened, and within 3 months the wall of my unit had a leak causing water on the floor and moisture to take over. When I moved out my boxes were damp and soft, and several items both porous and non porous had mold on them. I ended up having to get antibiotics as cleaning and clearing out the moldy boxes after moving caused me to get sick. If you use them, check your unit thoroughly and often! Paying for a climate controlled unit did not spare me the headache unfortunately.

Original- May 2024: The team was wonderful and saved the day. U-Haul gave away my reserved unit and left me stranded with a truckload of belongings and nowhere to put them after driving hundreds of miles. In just minutes I was able to get a unit with Extra Space and it was far cheaper than U-Haul for much better quality. Thank you so much!
