Extra Space Storage

Charles, the manager, has been extremely helpful and accommodating during my move into one of the storage units. His explanation of the many security measures existing at the property definitely made me feel comfortable about placing my possessions on this property more comfortable. The property is well lit with cameras all around the facility. The property is kept clean and with the double security measures in place, I don’t expect any problems in the future. Your Employee very helpful and friendly. Would give him 5 stars. However, you trying to make the facility High Tech with electronic locks that have to be opened from your phone makes the whole storage process more complicated. To have to get your phone out, open a app and have your phone communicate with the lock is time consuming for everyone including your employee. A simple lock with a key is much more efficient and simpler.

Nicole at the Forest Va location was friendly & informational. Overly Helpful in freezing temps and a pleasure to work with! Customer service was a 10 out of 10.
