Matt was the full experience. He showed me an outside unit in the cold winter rain and was honest, open, and willing to help me out. Yes, showing units is apart of his job but not tips on the housing market, listening to my life's plans, and even offering up a lucrative career choice that he'd come across after listening to said life choices. He was patient and answered ALL of my questions and provided examples of do's and dont's that people often knowingly or unknowingly neglect to adhere to. Upfront about all cost and changes that can and cannot be made. The place is clean, well maintained, and has clear and easy access in and out. They even have a kiosk to pay the rent for the unit(s) and some other options I didnt get to look into. It's right off of the highway, so it's easily accessible coming from either direction. I haven't moved in yet but I'm hoping that it's as seamless as it was with the initial experience. Thanks Matt ?
