I recently tried to access the extra storage unit at Cary 55 hwy and the gate code wasn't working. Since the office was closed, I had to call customer service. They assured me that the gate code was correct but might be experiencing technical difficulties. They provided me with a temporary code, but that also didn't work. They suggested that there might be an issue with the gate itself and that the store manager would look into it on Thursday. I've tried all the online troubleshooting steps, but none have worked. The customer service, the online support, and the store manager's response have been completely bad.
