I recently rented a storage unit. I am very satisfied with the unit and the customer service. A very nice young lady named Zo helped with the rental. She was so kind and helpful to me through the entire process. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

Lotus was great at presenting all of the relevant details and selling me on the idea of renting with them.

We stored our furniture for more than one year in this place. We recieved excellent service, clean storage area (there was not any dust on our furniture after one year) and of course Lutos who is so helpful, friendly and professional in managing ExtraSpace Storage in Cary. Thank you very much.
