Extra Space Storage

Danielle helped us get set up with a storage unit and she was a pleasure to work with. The facility is nice and clean and was easy to access. Thank you Danielle for all of your help!

Avoid this storage facility like it’s the plague. There are two doors that provide access to the interior units. One door has been broken for months - the automatic lock doesn’t respond when you enter your security code into the keypad. So there has only been one functioning door to gain access to the inside/upstairs units - but now that door is broken too. So I guess you can only access inside units if you go while the office is open, not the extended hours that are advertised.

I called customer service and was told to expect a call back from management in 15-20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, checked back with the emergency line and was given the same timeframe and still no call. I have items essential for my wedding that I now cannot get access to due to the lack of maintenance and customer care.

Edit to add: Called the number provided by the business via their reply and was routed to the same phone menu as the standard customer service line and had to leave another voicemail.

Danielle was so sweet and helpful, very thorough with getting us set up with finding our unit and with using the code for access after office hours!!! Amazing customer service!
