The lady in training was very nice and worked very hard to get a set up with a storage unit. No reflection on her, but I would suggest mentioning all the hidden fees upfront, like administrative fee of $29, which should be paid for by the storage place and the extra $11 for insurance that is required. Unfortunately, a lot of confusion over the prices on their computer vs. the online prices. This company needs to do some work to get everything more streamlined. Having said all that, I give five stars for the lady who helped us. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
