David was extremely prompt and professional while taking care of our needs here at Extra Storage! Great jobs and Happy Holiday’s David!

Management (David) was always beyond helpful and professional. My rating for him alone would be higher. The issue I had was my unit being burglarized via access methods that I had not been aware of or even thought could be in place how they are. None of these were made clear when I rented and after it was too late their lack of importance given to proactive “security practices” had also been made clear.

Take note of the following before renting:
-No gate at all even tho it states “gate access”
-This allows access to all outdoor (even non-driveup) units for anyone 24/7
-After my theft I found many cameras had just been “not working” for weeks or months
-Unrented units are left UNLOCKED (which ties into the last item)
-Unit walls do not go to the ceiling making them easily accessible from adjacent units using a simple ladder and wrench to remove the 3 thin metal “security slats” (this is how mine was accessed and unloaded without breaking the lock).

Their liability form makes them unable to be at fault for anything and their insurance only covers theft if “forcible entry” is proven (which is incredibly difficult). There are so many other storage options out there that don't allow 24/7 entrance to renters and non-renters, whose units are not so easily accessible from other units; especially unrented, unlocked ones in hallways with dead cameras all around.

Hassle free “check in” on a Sunday. Super clean and easily accessible climate controlled unit. If you do an online check-in, be sure to touch base with the office before your promotion expires. Lesson learned by me, but David in the office provided a fair long-term price.

The new manager had excellent customer service! He was very thorough in answering any questions I had and went out of his way to make my transfer from one unit to another very easy. He went above and beyond and I was very pleased with the outcome. Well done and thank you!

David is so helpful and just a kind person in general. I give him five stars.

However, the main company deserves no stars. They continuously double my rent price and I have to call and ask them to please take it back down to our original agreement. I finally moved to another unit to make it even cheaper and within four months they doubled that price as well. This is called price gouging. You’re not allowed to raise prices more than 10% but now they’ve doubled it. The facility also smells like dog, probably because they train police dogs in there, but I don’t want my stuff smelling like that.
