Extra Space Storage

This may be my first Google review. Had a question about my unit (I forgot which location and unit number, DUH) and spoke to Keith. If there is better customer service out there in the world, I haven't experienced it. Keith is A+.

Keith!!! Was amazing! I opened a unit in FL and didn't have my account set up! He walked me through that whole process with ease and assured me everything would be taken care of!! I highly recommend this spot. They even have boxes to buy!!! Effortless process!!!

This is the place you want to use for storage! I work for a small business in Washington State, and we do solar panel work in SC. Keith got us a storage space for our work van in less than 2 hours. He was incredibly helpful, reliable, and professional. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

Keith at Extra Space Storage on Maybank Highway is awesome! He’s super patient and accommodating. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, taking the time to answer all our questions and helped us find the perfect unit. On top of that, he’s just a really cool, down-to-earth guy who makes you feel welcome. We have great conversations too! If you need storage, definitely go see Keith, he’ll take great care of you!

Great experience working with Keith on getting set up and helping with changes. No issues getting in and out and the facility is kept very clean.
