DO NOT use this storage company if you value your property. I had a rather expensive couch destroyed by rat feces and urine, along with feces and urine all over my storage totes. The couch was a total loss. Contacted their 3rd party insurance company and they are refusing to settle after nearly 3 months of back and forth. STAY AWAY.

I’ve been renting a unit here for over a year and appreciate how clean and secure this place is. Keith and chuck are also incredibly helpful anytime I have a question. They even called me once after I forgot to lock my unit. Highly recommend!
