Previous rating: Recently rented with Norman and it was a great experience. Norman was very knowledgeable and he already did his homework ; he knew my previous rental history (that I was a former DTL); he rolled out the selling experience and I could tell he was trained right! Norman is a delight! Always helpful. Was very kind in helping during the move in and move out process.

Edit: still love it but they need to fix the pin pads! I have to walk all the way around to open the door!

It was a great experience finalizing my storage rental. Norman was great and explained everything I needed to know to me. He is very enthusiastic about the place and made me feel right at home even before I saw the unit. I know that I will like storing my business items there. I like the location and feel my items will be very safe and secure. Also on the way to the unit there were two sets of other storers there and they both waved to Norman as he went by ahead of us on his golf cart. Gave me the feeling everyone likes Norman! And I do too!

Norman's customer service was excellent he very professional, courteous, polite, informational, helpful, and kind. We need more like him.
