Trish is absolutely fantastic! She make the renting process quick and easy. Not only that but she has a great eye for details. I locked my unit incorrectly and within a very short time she contacted me to alert me. Also when I was being my stuff to the storage, I saw her constantly on the move cleaning and organizing. No wonder the facility is spotless!

I recommend using Extra Space Storage. Trish has been professional, pleasant, and great to work with. I had an issue and she handled it immediately and made it right.

If I could give my experience 10 stars I definitely would! My whole experience from the first phone call to set up, to my move out has been perfect. The units are super clean and very affordable. But most importantly I can not write this review without thanking Trish! She goes above and beyond. Her customer service is top notch. Trish is friendly, outgoing, very informative and understanding. She is also very communicative and gets back to her customers right away. For Trish alone I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Dorchester Road to anyone, especially family and friends.
