Asked for weeks for my door to be worked on, still hasn’t been fixed. Instead they tell me I can’t park more than 1 car in front of our large bay door during the day. Which was a one time thing, but they called me right away and said I can’t park in front of my large bay with more than one car. When I asked about when my door is going to be fixed, they say oh the manager is off on vacation for a couple days. I said it’s been weeks and no fix yet. After two years they also told me
I had to move my attachments out of a space and so guess what, now I closed that spot so one less spot rented. I moved the stuff a couple days after they called me saying I needed to move them, but then told me they can’t reimburse me more than 3 days for that month. I said I would have not moved it till the last day. Only issue I really have is, how they expect me to do stuff right away, but refuse to fix my issues. I had one trailer had wires cut after the issue with the attachments. I have everything saved, because it feels like we are being targeted and well I will turn it into corporate if we are still having so many issues. We didn’t have any issues for almost two years then now we are. We had 3 large spots rented and a shop. But yet are getting singled out. Roads need repairs, other companies can park multiple trucks at the office during the day but yet we can’t while we work in our own space with plenty of room for 18 wheelers or others can easily get around. We don’t leave the cars there like others, but yet it’s an issue for us. I asked for the areas to have the weeds down for two years and they haven’t yet also. One bathroom had no soap for three months. I just feel that they are purposely trying to run people out, maybe so they can buy the property for less from the owners if no one wants to rent there and they keep running all the people out. I have done stuff for free for the facility like cutting concrete out for them to replace a pole and such, smoothed ruts out before and just told them if they bought the material we would level it out so people don’t mess their suspension up. So we try to be nice. We never are late on rent and you never have issues with getting our money, so quit harassing us. We like the location and other things, just fix major issues since people are paying when they should and no singling out.
