Jeff made a great first impression and was very informative about how to access the unit. He was clean cut and I really appreciated the professionalism.

Gordon was very respectful and very helpful. He showed me the unit and made sure I got one by the elevator. I am somewhat handicapped so this makes my life much easier. I'm very happy with the end result.

Loud, vulgar music plays throughout the building 24-7. The building is a Farraday cage, you lose cell service the moment you enter so don't plan on spending any time there. You have to input a 10 digit code to open the door to get a cart, then the door closes immediately, you have to input the code again to open it, then input the code again to use the elevator. The elevator is frequently out of service but they don't put a sign on it. The light in my unit only goes on if I climb over everything I have stored in it and jump around and then it stays on for 5 minutes max. Really wish I'd chosen a different facility.
