Patrice was awesome when I need a unit , I was moving offices switching locations and she provided me excel customer service. Next time you need a storage unit contact her she’ll take care of you.

This is probably the best experience I’ve had with a storage facility at Extra Space Storage on Whiskey Rd. in Aiken from Management to the staff! I had some requests due to our relocation but not yet there permanently and everyone was happy to help and accommodating! Moving is stressful enough and especially relocating but everyone made it so much less stressful! Also, the entire facility is extremely clean and well kept.

The space was nice and the staff was kind. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Only phone carrier that had service in the units, that I could observe, was Verizon. Keep that in mind if you're trying to go through your stuff and be on your phone or use Internet.
