Clean facility, very convenient.

Although, this place has conditioned storage spaces, which is needed here in SC. Well, they know it and to me take advantage of people needing storage by over-charging for a 5x5 unit. I started out paying $39 dollars for it and 2 yrs later nearly $100. With price increases coming without notification. Just frustrating. Clean and well maintained though shout out to Gerald he always took cares of needs I had.

I used extra space storage for about a year. I signed up with Gerard and he was really informative and helpful from the start. I like the digital system that you use your phone to get in and lock your unit. Very efficient and never had any problems. The building everytime I’ve ever visited was always very clean and I never felt like I had to worry about bugs etc. Kayla was another worker who was also great about helping any questions I had. All in all it was a good experience. I did move out my unit finally and it was a smooth and easy experience. I would def recommend to anybody else who needs a storage unit building.

Gerard was very helpful and knowledgeable about pricing. Great service.
