I have had my stuff at this facility for years now and wouldn’t want to go to any other storage facility. The management and Customer service management Excellent s is you need a place to put your from this is one on Scenic Highway!!

Mark Smith was amazing! His customer service was outstanding, he was knowledgeable and accommodating. This location is always clean.

I was a customer of Extra Space Storage for six months when they abruptly doubled my rent. Despite reaching out for a resolution, the company made no effort to address the situation, clearly demonstrating a complete lack of interest in retaining customers. Their business model appears to prioritize profit over people, exploiting customers by flipping units every six months for higher rates.

I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone. They put me in an incredibly inconvenient situation, and their dismissive responses—such as “sorry for the inconvenience”—were superficial at best. Promises to follow up or rectify the issue were empty and never fulfilled.

Extra Space Storage’s predatory business practices deserve to be called out, and I will continue to share my experience to warn others about the way they operate.
