Everything is great!!! The place is clean, I like how the dollies are always available. I like the easy but safe access.

This storage facility is so nice. It is kept very clean both indoors and out. I definitely felt a lot better about moving my things from the other storage place down the street. At the other place, I had all kinds of spiders, and other little creatures getting into my unit all the time And they sprayed but because there was outdoor access stuff, just accumulated underneath the doors and made it easy for vermin to get in and at this place there is no risk of it at all. In addition to that this is a three-story building and they have loading access around the back on a higher elevation to the second floor and down in the front by the first floor , which was great because there were often times more than one truck trying to unload at this place . In addition to that the storage facility provided moving carts by the doors of both the lower and upper entrances.. also, they play music of mixed genres, so that it keeps your spirits up while you’re slaving away lol. The only things that I could say were kind of bad about this place was the elevator door, and the entrance doors. So the entrance doors have to be opened by code, and sometimes they close faster than you can push the stuff into the door and you gotta go put the code in again to reopen it lol. Then with the elevators if you take too long getting in the elevator, the door will slow down tremendously and sometimes it will go 95% of the way and then open back up and do it again before it allows it to fully close. Sometimes it felt like a ghost was controlling it. Lol but so serious lol OK now back to the good things. So in addition to everything I’ve already said I was able to get this price because of their Internet specials which I recommend to anyone to check out, but be mindful the specials change sometimes day-to-day so you might check it Sunday and it be one price and then Friday it’s another price but all in all great value for the money the building is thoroughly secured and thoroughly clean. It’s just a no-brainer you should go with this place. PS after reading someone else’s review, I didn’t even know there was a bathroom. It just keeps getting better.

Very professional. Outstanding customer service! Michelle and the staff are very friendly and polite. You are greeted with a smile and the thoroughness of explanations of the storage facility. Very impressed with the cleanness of the building. I Highly recommend this facility over any storage facility in the area. I give Michelle and her staff 10 star! Job well done!
